Shifting journey cards were developed with young people, for young people. Cards can be used to plan journeys before any issues arise, or to help understand what might have gone wrong when young people are late or absent.

-What was/might be the problem?
-How did/do you feel?
Themes can be used separately or together to help unlock conversations about service access, to help young people reach the places they need to access in order to flourish.
